Many people have contacted me requesting more episodes on teenagers, so I have invited teen whisperer Kirsten Cobabe to join me today. We will be discussing the significant change that occurs when our children transition from wanting to do things with us to desiring independence. Our conversation will include curfews and how, despite appearing more like adults, teenagers still get dysregulated and still have big feelings.
